This venue is spotlessly clean, has incredibly friendly staff, and is situated in a very convenient location.

Well located within easy walking distance to Peace Park and shopping. Efficient, clean.

It is reasonably priced. Modern place overall, it is immaculately clean, location is stunning convenient to Tram stop.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. Overall it was a fantastic stay for 3 nights. - the location was marvelous for exploring this great area, a short walk to Peace Park Memorial, main attractions, trams and bus stations, and eateries.

It was conveniently located very close to the peace museum. It was very clean and provided free internet. The check-in and check-out was done at a machine and was very efficient.

The room was small, but value for money was very good.

My experience of the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times and responded to any request promptly. The room had everything you could want and was well furnished and spotless. Cleaning staff did an immaculate job every day. As a world traveller, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and it was of particular benefit that the hotel is located so centrally downtown.

Nothing -- a perfect stay.

The twin room I booked included useful amenities like a kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card. the breakfast served in the restaurant, along with coffee on tap, was a convenient start to the day. - the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Atomic Bomb Dome.

Close ness to all facilities and transport.Very well appointed and clean rooms.

Need to have at least 1 English speaking tv channel.Western tea and coffee in room if you wish to attact more Western visitors.Hotel foyer,lift and general areas far too hot!!! but these are only minor issues.

The modern rooms here are well-equipped, and the on-site Japanese restaurant is a great choice; we were happy with our decision to stay here and would do so again without hesitation.

I really enjoyed this extremely convenient and pretty standard place, stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were very pleasant and superbly friendly, and the services were very good. It was cheap, decent size and with a great bathroom. The location of the property was good, near the tram station. Ate at the attached restaurant which serves japanese food.

Conveniently placed right by the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum - super easy to check out the museum without having to travel far! 🏞️

Everything was fine for what we expected.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was close to all amenitites and right by a streetcar stop so easy to get around.There was a great little cafe that did breakfast at a reasonable rate and very quick service

The bedroom was a little on the small side, but once we got use to it it was fine

The room is quite spacious and has a lovely Japanese design.

We found the bed was very uncomfortable. It creaked all the time and was definitely past its use by date.
